PUBLIC OFFER FOR THE SALE OF GOODS ON THE CANNADISS WEBSITE
This document is an official offer of CannaDISS s.r.o. (hereinafter — the Seller),
registered at: Za Sedmidomky 15, 101 00 Prague, Czechia,
IČO: 089 28 410, VAT (DIČ): CZ08924810,
to enter into a distance sales agreement under the terms set out in this document.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Seller sells goods through the online store at: https://cannadiss.com
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and EU rules on distance selling.
1.3. By using the Site or placing an order, the Buyer automatically agrees to the terms of this offer.
1.4. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Seller confirms the order.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the Buyer’s ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. Information about the goods (description, specifications, price) is provided on the Site.
3. Placing an order
3.1. Orders are placed via the Seller’s Site.
3.2. The Buyer may create an account, but this is not mandatory.
3.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfil an order in the event of a pricing error, lack of stock, or a breach of the Site’s terms of use.
3.4. After placing an order, the Buyer receives confirmation by email.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Payment is made via the payment methods available on the Site (bank card, bank transfer, or other payment systems).
4.3. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately during checkout.
4.4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, except for already confirmed orders.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Delivery is carried out to the countries indicated on the Site.
5.2. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
5.3. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and immediately report any visible damage.
6. Returns and withdrawal from the agreement
6.1. In accordance with EU law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
6.2. To exercise the right of return, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by email).
6.3. The goods must be unused, in proper condition, and in the original packaging.
6.4. The Buyer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed separately.
6.5. A refund is made within 14 days after the returned goods are received.
7. Liability
7.1. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or force majeure circumstances.
7.2. All disputes are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached — in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
